CGM SECURITY SOLUTIONS INC. distributes a group of trailer securing devices, including the Glad Hand Lock. The Glad Hand Lock is a seal of the air intake valve on a trailers brake system. It is designed to cut off access to the air brake line making the release of the glad hands of a trailer impossible.
The Glad Hand Lock is easy to use and can be applied very simply by removing the lock body and inserting the plug into the air hole on the trailer. Removal is also quite simple and takes only a few seconds. The first and foremost benefit is trailer security. While in your yard, the Glad Hand Lock is designed to be used when tractor and trailer are separated and the trailer is backed up to your dock or stored in an unattended area. By assigning keys to loads, your foreman will always be able to certify that the right driver is taking the right load because he is unlocking his Glad Hand Lock!
The Glad Hand Lock is made of steel and the lock portion can be keyed alike or to a master key.
