CGM Security Solutions, Inc. offers a series of quality disposable plastic security seals designed to tackle a broad array of specific application needs.
These seals include Plastic Loop Rip Lock Seals, Beaded Plastic Loop Seals, 97 Loop Seals, Relcor Bar Coded Strap Seals and various styles of Cable Seals. (For information on steel Cable seals see corresponding product data sheet).
Plastic Riplock Loop Seals get their name from the unique tear away feature built within the base structure. This system permits removing the seal by simply tearing it by hand rather than having to cut it with a knife or scissors.
Loop seals are designed to secure items such as mailbags, food carts, containers, lock ring drums, fire doors, bulk containers and even truck trailers. These seals provide a simple pull through installation. Their construction is typically made from nylon or polypropylene with metal inserts, for certain varieties. The band portion of the seal varies from 7" in length to over 16" for some varieties.
The Rip Lock Seal is numbered and it can be decorated with a logo or design. The simple removal design, where the receiver end is pre-scored to be torn away, contains the number and decoration. Plastic Rip Lock Seals can be made in any of eight bright colors and decorated with any copy. They are always provided sequentially numbered.
