The Nava Seal Bolt Seal B-11 bolt seal is a high security bolt seal with a flexible locking bolt. The locking bolt is made of steel components with a crimped flexible steel cable. The mechanism of the locking bush is also made of steel. The crimped joints of the locking bolt and the entire locking bush are coated by ABS plastic. Six digit consecutive seal numbers plus logo name are laser engraved on the surface of the locking bush, making tampering with the seal virtually impossible. Laser engraved bar coding 39 and 128 also available. Tensile breaking load of the locking mechanism is over 2200 lbs. Total length is approximately 7/8 inch. Available in red, green, blue, yellow and white.

The locking mechanism of these seals is of unique and original design. Not found on any other make of bolt seals. It consists of a steel locking spring of intricate claw like shape which is located inside of an all steel locking bush. This claw like locking spring engages into a circumferential groove machined in the locking bolt, gripping it and securing firmly. All the elements of the locking mechanism are made of steel, providing ultimate strength and hindering tampering before and after seal’s application. The steel locking bush assembly is encapsulated by an ABS industrial plastic sleeve. Tampering with this high security bolt is very difficult for intruders and also deters insiders’ collaboration in cargo theft and/or wrongdoing.
Remember nothing is better for security than retention of the keeper bars. Bolts or seals of any kind going through the conventional seal hasp in a swing door trailer or sea container can easily be circumvented!!
